Title: Mass PM all users in your buddy list

Issue: I want to be able to mass PM all users on my board.
This is a manipulation of your mass PM feature. You can use it to mass PM all your users, or it can also be used for PM'ing only a specific group like Staff and Moderators. It will automatically add all the names in your Buddy List to the Carbon Copy box.
Method:
Allow a big enough Carbon Copy permission in the Admin group to cover your buddy list.
ACP > Users & Groups > manage user groups> edit admin group>

It will put a link on your PM posting screen that lets you add all the names from your buddy list into the Carbon Copy box.
You still must type the names into your buddy list. Sorry! But at least you will only have to do it once. Unfortuately, you also cannot organize this list into several groups, because the names will always be deposited in alphabetical order. You can, however, customize the list by deleting names once they are deposited in the CC box.

Unfortunately, yes. But as I said, you will only have to do it once. :)

Nice script, but sucks that you would have to add all the names manually :\

Nice job. Very helpful, now all we need is a code that auto adds all the forum members to your buddy list, it'd save a lot of time and effort :P Overall though, good job.
