We did a total redesign of the board this fall and just last week I thought "I'm done, there isn't one more thing to do to the board"


and now zetaboards :haha:

Unlucky, man.

Still I'd be wary of making the changeover too soon. I'd wait for a few resources to be made, skins and codes, and for any bugs that have slipped the beta net to be found and squashed (I've got this horrible vision of a lot of unhappy admins losing their boards to exploits in the first month or so...)

Is anybody skinning for ZB yet? (Or perhaps I should say, "theme-ing" :shiffty: ) Or is that a totally new frontier?

I know what you mean, wiss.....I've pretty much got my board running the way I want it too. But there are some things that make upgrading seem really attractive.

Working search, spam control, built in mods, just to name a few.

I haven't seen any new skins, but no doubt people are working on them. I think I'm going to try my hand at an IF style skin, let you guys know how that turns out.

I'm waiting till I can convert mine though and I think it will be a while before the quality of new zeta skins reach some of the invisionfree ones.

It allows you to add extra fields in the mini profile as well which is what I have always wanted to do... I will see how it goes first before converting :)

Yup, I'd say it's nearing "semi"-completion lol. Just need to get all the specific classes sorted out, make a few more images, and it should be good to go :) Unfortunately, I can't find any way to download the themes you make :s

On a side note, I was looking through the theme stuff and found there's an option to set default avatars for those without them. Bet that's another thing you're going to love Helena ;)
