I loved the Jump Down button and found it indispensable until I discovered the Up/Down extension for FireFox: UpDown
Now, I mostly use that, but occasionally still use the JumpDown. I would miss it if it wasn't there.
The RSS button, you only use once to subscribe to the feed. But if you are looking for it, it's nice to be able to find it. :)

I love the DropDown option! Easy way to jump down long pages without having to scroll and scroll. The RSS feed I never use, I knew it was there, just never used it.
