BB is at it's heart, a service board. We provide a rich array of useful resources, but we also are committed to helping you use those resources by providing any support necessary to implement them. With the exception of our advertising packages, we do not require you to make a certain post count to access our services. We know you need help NOW, not 25 posts from now.

Services available:

Support Desk: We will help you find, edit, and install modifications to your board. You may ask for help with codes, skins, domain issues for either Invisionfree or Zeta Boards questions. And unlike the official support boards where topics often languish and disappear into obscurity, we will stick with you until your problem is resolved.

Board Evaluations: Get a concise, objective report on the strengths and weakness of your board that will give you valuable information as you build your community. BB members are encouraged to contribute to evaluation topics, so you may get several different responses, however there will always be one staff evaluation made of your board.

Build-a-Board: Any BB member with at least 50 posts can request this service. BB staff will acquire, configure, add skin and codes to a new IF or ZB board to your specifications and then turn it over to you fully ready to go. We anticipate that this service will interest those that have never opened a board and are overwhelmed by the prospect. However, it may be of use to other who would just like the basics taken care of so they can get about the business of actually running their forum.

Free Advertising Option: We have an advertising option that you can use from the day you join BB. You may list your board in our BB Board Directory Ads forum.

Advertising Solutions: After you've been at BB a while, you will have accumulated some post count. We've made an opportunity for you to turn your post count into currency that can be used to purchase advertising space on our board. Request packages in the appropriate subforum for BB's Member Links Network, or Text Link ads. Your post count will not be visibly decreased as a running total is kept for you. As you continue to post, you can qualify to buy additional packages. Club150 members get an automatic listing on our affiliate page as a bonus for achieving that level of post count.

Resources available:

Archive Code & Skin indexes: BB boasts the most comprehensive, user-friendly, up-to-date indexes of IF and ZB codes and skins (themes) available anywhere. All of the useable posted codes and skins on the IF/ZB Snippets and User Created Codes forums are included, and are enhanced by our unique pop-up previews and skin rating system. We work hard to cull out broken links, (something not done in automated indexes) and make sure that we give you tips on browser compatibility in our previews. Please enjoy using the archives and freely share the links with your friends. It is our gift to the IF/ZB community.

Board Tools: A unique collection of links to generators, fixers, online graphic tools, and web tools. It's almost guaranteed that you will find some useful board-building things you probably would have never even thought to look for.

Members-only codes and styles: Our members are encouraged to share their original codes, skins and graphics with others in the BB community. You'll find some very useful and rare codes posted in the member resource forums. Please use them freely, and give feedback to the contributors whenever you can.

Extensive Documentations & Tutorials archive: BB hosts one of the most original and comprehensive documentation archives available in the wider IF community. Our Docs & Codes Index makes searching easy, but just perusing the topics in the forum is sure to produce some methods that you will find useful on your board.

Solved Support Index: This helpful resource is available in the submenu Indexes drop-down and is a great source of information. Many issues faced by other board owners have not only been asked there, but solved with answers that can help you as well. Don't miss checking out this resource when looking for help with your support issues.

Illustrated FAQs: When you are unfamiliar with terminology, a picture can be so much more helpful than words. The carefully documented topics will answer the basic questions that nearly all new admins ask, and show you exactly how to deal with them.
