We are pleased to announce the addition of several new BB features.
Build-a-Board Service:BB staff will now fill requests for Invisionfree and ZetaBoards new board set-ups. We will construct a new board for you with your choice of skin, codes and personalizations and limited custom graphics and then turn it over to you. All BB members with a minimum post count of 50 are eligible to request this service. We expect that this service will mainly benefit admin-wannabes who are new to IF/ZB, but it also may be helpful to those who already have a board but would like some help setting up a new one.
BB Member Shop:Announcing BB's new money system that will allow you to purchase, sell and auction items for BB credits. (Many thanks to Mike who wrote the coding for the new money system.) You may also give BB credits or request donations in our Charity Room. Charity requests deemed worthy by the staff may also be eligible for a grant of BB credits. Not only will your BB credits increase along with your post count (1 post = 5 credits), but you will be able to award and receive credits from other BB members. You may also use your credits to offer or request them in exchange for Graphics Requests and other exchanges in the Community Exchange forum. We will also be adding a BB Board Shop in the near future.
Creative Writing Spotlight:In response to member requests, there is now a forum for you to post your poetry, stories, scripts and role play ideas and collect some member reactions and suggestions.
Relationships Forum:In this new subforum added to the Community section, you can get and give feedback on the interpersonal challenges that we all deal with in our everyday lives with our families, friends and co-workers. We hope you enjoy this expansion of our community forums.
Our forum newsletter,
BB Bits n' Bytes has been launched and will be published monthly by it's editor in chief, Clay. You may access current and archived newsletter pages through the link located in the Home drop-down of the submenu tabs.
We would also like to let you know that the Code and Skin indexes are being updated with the URLs to the new support forum topics. The code index link updates are now nearing completion. The skin download links will be updated soon. The nullification of code links following the conversion of the IF support forum was not anticipated, but the editing was begun immediately and is being completed as quickly as possible. We thank for your patience in this area. We understand that many members depend daily on the archive indexes and it is our priority to keep it up to date and available to you.
