Okay I know that BB does not care for activity as much as does for helping it's members regardless if their active but deep down inside you have to want BB to atleast be a little active for all the hard work you've put into the board...so I've came up with an idea tell me what you think. :P

I was thinking that BB could hold a referral contest for who can recruit th emost members to BB.You can tally up points for each member by having each new member post in their intro. topic who they were referred by.You can make the prizes something like a free week of advertising,1 free graphics,custom banner..etc stuff like that.

Also if you felt like kicking it up a knotch you could include in the rules for the contest that the member who recruits the most members and has them make atleast 10 post on BB will receive something special compared to everyone else in the contest.

I hope you guys atleast consider my idea as I'd love to see more activity here on BB.COmments would be greatly apprecaited. :)

What do you mean "of signing up time" Justin? and was it on your board or what..I'm just a bit confused atm. :lol:

BB has had a couple of referral contests, although not recently. We used a registration field referral code to record and award the member stats. Justin was given permission to set up a referral contest earlier this year, but there was not a response at that time.

It is something we are open to trying again, possibly once we finish our BB Board Shop and can offer credits toward that incentive as part of the winner's prize.
