If someone requested a Build-A-Board thing, are members able to fill it as well?

I'd be pretty sure a member would be able to fill it, and I would be sure that the staff members would allow it as it gives them a little more spare time.

I don't mind if members help fill in build-a-board requests. However, if a member does decide to fill them in, they'll simply need to do it right.

If members fill Build-A-Board requests, I think they would need to specifie which portion they would like to complete (codes, graphics, general). Do you get my point.
