I'm not sure if this goes here, but I'm currently working on a writing forum, and I have a few questions for the general community. It's a bunch of questions, but only answers the ones that you feel like. This is really going to help out.
- Would you like to have a forum just for polls?
- Is it really necessary to have a Clubs/Groups area for members to make their own clubs?
- How would you like to see a tutorial area to help with your writing?
- Would you think that many people would like to co-write?
- Do you think a writing accomplishments/failures forum would be popular?
- Do you think a researching forum would be popular? (To help members with researching.)
My opinions:

Depends on the type of polls. Doesn't sound overly significant to a writing forum though.

Not really necessary, but an added advantage I suppose. Would be nice to form writing-related groups.

That most certainly would be helpful, especially to novices.

I'm sure some people would be interested, especially when you put two minds of similar interest together.

Not overly popular, but it might stimulate some interest.

If this research forum would allow members to collaborate and share ideas with each other, then yes, I think it'll be popular.
Thanks for your opinion. It really helps me out a lot!
In response to the club one - I really like forums with clubs now.
