Strengths

• The graphics pleasantly blend in with the skin and theme.
• Overall clean skin.
• The activity seems to be going well for the amount of members.

Weaknesses

• "Bookmark Us" button only works in IE.
• If you or other administrators are promising staff positions to those that join as your members say you are, then I highly advise not doing that.
• The "Pets" link redirects me here.

Recommendations

• Add .maintitle img { display:none } to your CSS, seeing as the image being used is broken.
• This image would make a nice favicon.
• For a more clean, less-cluttered look, consider adding spaces before and after the navigation trail separator.
• Consider reducing the size of the arcade icon, seeing as it stretches the submenu bar.
• For better readability, I recommend formatting your board rules properly with HTML.
• The "locked" topic folder seems excessively large. I suggest finding a new one.

Not 100%! It's just people want to join active forums so it seems impossible to start one from scratch.
