Strengths

• Nice short, custom domain.
• Overall design is nice and appealing.
• Forum descriptions are informative.
• The posts per member ratio seems good.

Weaknesses

• No guest welcome message.
• Many positioning errors in IE. The error pages have some positioning errors too.
• Some borders are missing or seem too thick.

Recommendations

• Remove the background from the copyright.
• Even though its barely noticeable, try matching the light navigation strip background with the border.
• Default navigation separator could be changed to something more unique.
