What you need to know: Nothing
What am I setting up here? Rules that everyone can follow

Step One: Go to your Forum , if your not in it already. Go ahead and log on onto the ADMIN CP.

Step Two: Next look to the left and down until you see System Settings. Now go down and click on Board Guidelines.

Step Three: The Board Guidelines/Rules window (Fig. 1) should be the window you get once you click Board Guidelines.

Step Four: Number 1 - If you check YES the link will appear next to the Portal. Number 2 - This is the name for your rules. (I.E The Forum's Rules). If you do not enter anything in Number 2, even if Number 1 is checked YES the link WILL NOT APPEAR! So add a title. Number 3 - This is where the rules are stated. HTML Codes such as <TABLE>, <A HREF="http://www.mysite.com>, etc. Basiclly the codes that are put between a <BODY> Tag.

Step Five: After you have filled out everything, and check the Show link in header to guidelines? Box, to yes. Your link should be beside the Portal.
