Move moderating team (etc) links to top of forums (Big Boards)

Title: Move moderating team (etc) links to top of forums

Issue: I want to move the line of links ( The moderating team | Today's active topics | Today's top 10 posters | Overall top 10 posters) to the top of my board.

Method:

Step 1: this will remove the links from below the forums:

http://support.invisionfree.com/index.php?showtopic=58517
(Sorry, this remove code works in IE, but not FireFox.)

Step 2: Add them to appear above the forums with basic HTML commands.
(Make sure you customize the code below with your own server # and board name)

ACP > Skinning & Styles > Board Wrappers > Header & Body >

Put either under <%BOARD HEADER %> or under <%NAVIGATION%>
