Welcome to the Big Boards support forum. We will do all we can to quickly find answers for your InvisionFree & ZetaBoard support questions.

Please follow these guidelines for posting in this forum:
  • Please check the Solved Support Index to see if your question has already been addressed. If not...

  • Please put as much specific information about your issue as you can get into the title and description fields. A support person that has limited time will more likely open topics that they think they may be able to solve before they get to one that says, "OMG, Help!"

  • Please prefix your topic title with [ZB] if you have a ZetaBoards system.

  • Please respond to the topic template that asks for your board link and browser information so that the help you are seeking will not be delayed. Be as complete and clear as you can when describing your issue.

  • Do not bump your topic to add information. Edit your last post instead. Excessive bumping will cause the moderators to lock your topic. If you are getting no response to your topic, you may bump it after 24 hours.

  • Please do not PM staff for support. All support questions will be addressed on the forum.

Support Schedule

All support topics will be moved to the Service Archive forum after one week. This schedule helps us keep the support forums continuously updated and maintained. If your support topic has been moved and marked as solved ([S]) and your support question was actually never answered, please PM the topic link to an Administrator, and we'll return it to the support forum.
