One of the drawbacks of having a review team that does individual reviews is that you only get feedback from one staff member. And that staff member can spend hours reviewing just one board to bring his one viewpoint to the table. With the institution of Drive-by Board Critiques we believe we have found a way to give better service to our board owners by giving them a variety of viewpoints. Here's how it works. When your request is posted, it will be answered by all staff members (or as many as are available at that time). Each staff member will give input on one area of your board, generally in their own area of expertise or interest. You will get the best from all of us. Additionally, BB members are encouraged to add their constructive drive-by comments as well. The result will be an exciting mix of everyone's best ideas for your board. These are the areas that will be assessed for comment and recommendation:

Guideline on repeat requests: You may request a new critique after a minimum of 30 days IF your board has undergone a major update. If no major update has occurred, you must wait 60 days to start a new critique request. If your board has undergone a major update within 30 days of your request, you may post a new request in your critique topic for those who have replied to give another look to your board. |
