 Never seen that before. Have you checked which codes you've put on your forum to see if any of those may have caused this?

Note, it may have something to do with the new ZB upgrade. Check to ensure you have not disabled any tags appearing on posting pages. ;)

 Moonface is probably right about the upgrade being responsible for the BB code buttons not appearing. Since the upgrade, the normal buttons have been made default so they should be there now. You can customize your particular array here:

ACP: Preferences > BB Codes
