Czar of the Nukian Empire Posts: 139 Group: Members Member #11,495 Joined: May 6, 2009	My ZN support topic [url]HTTP://s1.zetaboards.com/nukia[/url] is the URL for future reference in this topic. My war board has groups for different countries in it, a staff group (Senators), a ruler group (Leader), and a member group (Members), with two Global mod groups (One admin, other just mod) extra. I can't make new groups there, and I deleted two groups...so it seems I didn't hit the cap. Any help here? NOTE: No, we don't have 195 countries, we have like 19. I'm definitely not done adding those groups, btw... Anyone know what the problem is, here?

That is a simple thing that could be missed in the process. Quote: To create a new group, first select the group on which the new group will be based from the Settings based off of drop-down menu and click Make New Group. Follow the on-screen prompts on the following page and click Make New Group to create the new group

If that is the problem, be sure you tick Group is visible in the member list to Yes when creating your new group.
