Train Insane or remain the same Posts: 1,029 Group: Members Member #234 Joined: August 26, 2006	Board URL: www.Chaotic-Collision.com Board Description: A Great Anime/Gaming and Graphics request board that has kept going strong for many years now that started on Invisionfree.We offer many great things such as Game reviews,previews, trailers,Anime shows with full episodes, in depth discussions and much much more..so it's def. worth checking out,as the board upgrades every couple of months with huge fantastic upgrades and were just a great friendly community all together. Specific things you would like a comment on: There's really nothing specific i want commented on,but the graphic section will be getting quite a bit of additional expansions to show off our very own Xstinct as many people have requested.They will not be up in time for this review to be completed,but the expansion of the graphics section for Xstinct will be much better then it is now,I can promise you that. Were also working on expanding our Anime section also so we can bring more activity back to it.I hope to atleast get a decent score for CC as we've busted our bums on it over the last couple months and I really really think it's improved since our last review.So please let me know for any weakness you find in CC that could be bringing it down or causing the activity not to rise..etc as I would love to keep improving CC in any way I'm possibly capable of.I love my website and my members,and I'll do whatever it takes to keep making it enjoyable for them so let me have it. Once again,thanks in advance for the people that do this review.

advanced techno-feeb Posts: 6,037 Group: Admin Member #4 Joined: June 2, 2006 Mood Chipper Blog moving day	I'm just going to list my thoughts in random order as I look around your board. Keep in mind, anime/manga is not a particular interest of mine, so I will probably miss noticing some important things that relate to it. First off, I'd like to say I enjoy seeing the graphic development of your board. Everytime I visit, I see Xstinct has been tweaking something or other, and it just gets better and better. I do personally prefer the green themes to the default one..but that's just personal taste... I like the sharpness of them. Another design element that I think is very good are the large graphics in your guest forums. Definitely attention getting and appropriate to your theme. The website is beautifully done and worth spending time on that page just looking at everything. One picky thing that could be improved... the center information block would not have to scroll if it were just two lines of text shorter. A little editing or repositioning would fix that. There's really no need for a scroll bar there, and it just makes the page look messy. Submenu link to website is not visible as the text almost matches the background on the Chaotica theme. (At least on my screen resolution) The gallery is fun and the setup is intuitive for the most part, but the instructions in the sidebar do help Needs more content though. Perhaps a gallery of some good quality renders that are not the usual you would find at a big render site? Do you cull your member list? It seems odd that a board that has been around as long as you have has so few registered members. Perhaps carrying your signature at large fan sites with an offer for a custom sig or something might draw in some new members. I know you've tried many things to increase your traffic flow. Signature advertising is an effective way to get people to look at your site. Unfortunately, guests that stop and don't stay also don't tell you why, so a lot of this is always going to be a guessing game.

For the Submenu on the Chaotica theme,it can't be helped.It all depends on what your resolution size (Which you pointed out),as it looks good on my end but then again alot of people have theirs set smaller so the screen is bigger. For the Gallery,I'm glad you enjoy it. There will not be any renders placed into the Gallery though as within the next couple weeks were working on writing up some tuts for various Graphic programs,a Complete render section (most of which I'll be doing I guess),and maybe even a little theme section by X which will all be implanted to expand and improve the graphic section of the board,as many members and visitors seem to enjoy the graphic section and X as well. For the activity part,I'm very aware of that and is what I'm currently working on to fix because as you said,CC has been around for quite awhile now and the activity part hasn't been increasing.Were working on a few more tweaks to the board and while that is being done,I will be registering on as many other big boards as i can to spread the word of CC through Siggy advertising and any other way I can.As my current goal for CC is to get the activity back up and running greatly by the end of next month at the latest as i would like to see CC at it's full potential with alot more happy members enjoying themselves. Quick question though,did you get to check out the new custom code we have on CC? The Shop/Credit/Inventory..etc that Slayer had created for us? I found it to be a great addition to CC and was hoping to see what you all thought of it through reviews. Other then that,I'd like to thank you once again for reviewing us so thoroughly,and pointing out what could be improved/fixed and the compliments you gave us.
